1. About us
Brews & Bites Cafe is a home based coffee and pastry kitchen serving the Fort Irwin, California community. These terms apply to everyone who uses this website to browse the menu, place an order, or buy a gift card.
2. Orders and pickup
All orders are prepaid online and picked up curbside at the address shown on your confirmation. Choose a pickup window at checkout and tap the "I'm Here" button in your confirmation email when you arrive. We hold prepared orders for a reasonable time after your selected window. Menu items, prices, and pickup availability can change without notice.
3. Payment, refunds, and cancellations
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day and we will make it right with a remake or a refund. Orders that are already prepared may not be refundable.
4. Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email, hold the balance shown on the card, and can be applied at checkout. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and lost or shared codes cannot be replaced once the balance has been used.
5. Order text messages (SMS)
If you check the text message box at checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Brews & Bites Cafe about that order, such as an order confirmation and pickup updates. Message frequency is limited to messages about your orders, typically one per order. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
6. Food safety and allergens
Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen free item. Please tell us about allergies in the order notes and order at your own discretion.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may cancel orders or refuse service when we reasonably suspect abuse.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
