Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, vehicle description, pickup notes, pickup time, and the items in your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store the email address you give us.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and hand off your order, to send order confirmations and pickup updates, to answer questions about an order, and to keep basic sales records for the cafe. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

We send text messages only to customers who check the text message consent box at checkout. Those messages are transactional and relate to your order, such as an order confirmation and pickup updates. Message frequency is typically one message per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering these messages, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the cafe: a payment processor for checkout, an email provider for order and gift card emails, a messaging provider for order texts, and a hosting and database provider for the site. Each only receives what it needs to perform its service.

Retention and security

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and customer service. Access to order data is limited to cafe staff accounts, and data is stored with access controls in place.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email, stop order texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your order information by contacting us. Our site is not directed to children under 13.
